These
sleeves are custom fabricated to move product from:
Vessel to
Vessel; Machine to Machine; Machine to Vessel; Vessel
to Container; Machine to Container; or from any opening to
any other opening.
Specifically
fitted to mills, tablet presses and other equipment from many different
manufacturers, these sleeves are designed with inner skirts and other
features to ensure that product is moved precisely and cleanly. GEPCO has selected a grade of TYVEK® with optimal breathability.
This allows air or other gases to be exhausted, but prevents
product from being dispersed into the production environment.
These sleeves are disposable, but are rugged enough to be used
many times before discarding. By
using a disposable sleeve, the possibility of cross contamination is
reduced. Furthermore, the
need to launder and track contaminated sleeves is eliminated.
GEPCO’s Transfer Sleeves incorporate elastic, drawstrings and
snaps into their designs to facilitate quick, easy and secure
installation of the sleeve – eliminating the need for tools to be
introduced into the production area. |
